The subscription to Platform is based upon time bound individual licenses being issued to a User (hereinafter used for each subscriber to the Platform) which shall be referred to herein as “Subscription License”. Subscription License shall be valid for such period for 3 DAYS ONLY which the Subscription Fees (hereinafter used for fees charged from User for accessing Subscription License) has been paid.
Limited License:
Subject to the payment of the Subscription Fees, riodata.com hereby grants to you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sub licensable, non-transferrable list of business B2B data’s from various countries. During the term of subscription to use the Platform for your internal use only.
You hereby agree and acknowledge that the following are inter alia excluded/ restricted from the scope of the license granted herein:Making changes, alterations, modifications to the Platform in any manner whatsoever.Distribution of the Platform in any manner directly or indirectly to any third parties.Making any commercial use of the Platform.Reproduction or disclosure of the Platform, output, algorithms, codes regarding our Platform.You agree and undertake not to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell the Platform or information or software obtained from Platform.
